WHAT HAPPENS AT an IncDev Field Trip?
Itineraries may vary by place, but each field trip can expect to include:
A kick off gathering to level-set with new and existing members from across the country excited to learn and be inspired by the incremental development policies and work being done in a city or region.
Walking tours that highlight new and interesting incremental approaches, missed opportunities due to existing zoning, and tours by local developers, stakeholders, and champions.
Refreshment and meal stops at local favorite cafes, breweries, and restaurants.
Opportunities to deepen your knowledge and network of small scale development processes, policies that work and hinder, and development approaches that result in places people enjoy to live, work, and play.
Local developer presentations that share their start, progress, and milestones on their projects.
