Details

This effort is funded by StopWaste and is part of the Alameda County Small Developer Incubator program. StopWaste is a public agency that advances the responsible use of resources in Alameda County and beyond.

StopWaste, in partnership with Build It Green, PLACE Initiative, and the Incremental Development Alliance (IncDev) launched the Alameda County Small Developer Incubator program to expand opportunities for emerging developers, for-profit and nonprofit, through the creation of new decarbonized, small-scale infill projects using missing middle housing concepts, design/zoning supports, and financing. By bringing together a cross-sector cohort, the incubator’s intent is to spark collaboration to develop the housing industry and skilled workforce needed for small-scale projects.

Join us for a free lecture by an IncDev Faculty Member! Please arrive at 5:30pm for networking and refreshments. The lecture will begin at 6:30pm.
