Are you project ready? Do you want to be?
Building on the Small Developer Seminar and the Small Development Workshop, the Virtual Boot Camp gives participants an opportunity to apply training to their actual development project. Participants will work through exercises like building and refining their pro forma, creating an investor proposal package, and drawing out the zoning parameters for their lot. Participants can also practice pitching their project to the group and instructors in order to get feedback in a supportive environment.
*Attendance at a previous Incremental Development Alliance Small Developer Seminar or Small Developer Workshop is a prerequisite and requirement for this IDA Small Developer Boot Camp. The Small Bites Series sessions are not considered a prerequisite for the Boot Camp.
